Great staff and friendly service. the late-night clerk was welcoming and made us feel at home. Housekeeping staff were also polite and efficient. the location was convenient for our city trip, with easy access to the highway. the room itself was fantastic, with a private balcony and a stunning view of the mountains. the jacuzzi in the living room was a unique and enjoyable feature. the in-room products, especially for the hot tub, were a nice touch and smelled amazing.

The lighting in the suite was a bit off. the LED bulbs had different shades, and I personally didn't like the blue tint of the cool spectrum bulbs.
